Testing of HDPE Pipe Connection Sleeves

In order to check the quality of electrofusion welds on gas-carrying HDPE pipes and to prove a gas-tight bonding, the compact MANTIS phased-array handheld testing device can be used with the TFM method. A robust housing and easy operation with simple parameterization make the device an ideal assistant on site. Results are displayed directly on the instrument in a simple graphic form and can therefore be easily and reliably evaluated even by less experienced testers.
