It was with deep dismay and great sadness that we found out at the end of March that our esteemed colleague Peter Schulte had passed away completely unexpectedly and far too early. Peter Schulte initially studied automation technology and general electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf (HSD) and then supplemented his technical knowledge with a degree in economics at the University of Wuppertal (BUW). From the beginning of his employment at KARL DEUTSCH on October 1, 1982, Peter Schulte was close to the customer and his requirements, initially as a field engineer, and then after two years as a project manager, implementing his experience in a practical and customer-oriented manner. Ten years later, he successfully took over responsibility for the project planning and worldwide sales of our ultrasonic testing systems.

Peter Schulte was not only a valuable member of our team at KARL DEUTSCH for over 40 years, but also a reliable friend who was a highly competent and valued partner for his countless national and international customers in their UT projects. His sudden loss leaves a huge gap, and our thoughts are with his family and loved ones in these difficult hours.
